Alison Donovan

Alison is our General Manager, who joined Willis Legal in March 2023. Alison comes with vast experience in business management, finance, and HR across a variety of industries. She has previously worked in both national and provincial law firms, including Crown Law. Her role with Willis Legal encompasses all aspects of the firm’s financial and administrative functions, including strategic planning, technology, HR, and recruitment.

Alison moved from Poneke/Wellington to Te Matau-a-Maui/Hawke’s Bay in 2006, so in her spare time loves making the most of our beautiful region. In addition, you will find her on the sideline watching her three tamariki playing sport or driving them to/from said sport or other activities.
