Charlotte rejoined Willis Legal in July 2025 after a period working in property consultancy, where she was involved in Crown land acquisition projects for roading developments and survey & legislation. The experience gave her valuable insight into navigating complex legal processes and operating under evolving legislation - skills she brings back into her work with confidence and clarity. 
 
Now based once again in our Napier office, Charlotte works predominantly in residential and commercial conveyancing, as well as assisting clients with trusts, wills and estates. She takes particular satisfaction in solving complex matters and delivering outcomes that bring peace of mind to her clients. 
 
Originally from Kerikeri, Charlotte has now settled in Hawke’s Bay with her partner. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors - on her mountain bike, with her dog, or enjoying the beautiful scenery. That said, she’s just as happy wrapped up at home, taking in the views from the comfort of indoors.
