She appears as counsel in a range of courts in the civil jurisdiction. Marta was admitted to the bar in October 2020 and previously worked as a Judge’s Clerk at the High Court, giving her valuable insight.

Marta’s recent work includes a contentious shareholder dispute resulting in a company’s liquidation, relationship property proceedings involving substantial assets, complex trust and company relationship property litigation in the High Court, debt recovery proceedings for a trust, and mediating a multi‑entity farming relationship property dispute. She frequently acts for private clients, farming and agricultural families, and trusts with diverse asset structures.
