As Office Manager, Michelle supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of both our Napier and Hastings offices. She works closely with our General Manager and wider team, overseeing operations, technology and system support, HR administration, health and safety, facilities management, and firm‑wide events. Michelle enjoys the variety and pace of the role and is committed to enhancing processes and creating an efficient, supportive environment for the entire firm.
 
Michelle first joined Willis Legal in 2024, bringing with her extensive experience across telecommunications, accounting, and public service. She has held roles such as quality assessor, account support, team leader, project manager, and senior strategic advisor - experience that has helped shape her proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
 
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her young family, visiting local wineries, and practising yoga. As a qualified Sleep Consultant, she is passionate about helping families thrive by supporting healthy sleep habits.
