On a day-to-day basis he is involved mainly in company and private conveyancing, commercial work with experience in security documentation for Finance Companies, Estates and Trusts, Resource Management and Local Government.

She was also a highly respected Tutor of Property Law and Practice for the Legal Executives Diploma at EIT, and a current Board Member of Clive School and former Board Member of Napier Kindergarten Association and Napier Family Centre.

His specialist experience includes Commercial Law (commercial contracts, sale and purchase of businesses, franchise agreements, terms of trade), Corporate Law (shareholder agreements, all aspects of corporate governance) and Property Law (subdivisions, commercial leases, commercial and residential conveyancing).

Originally from the Hawkes Bay, Emma returned in 2012 to join Willis Legal after gaining experience working in prominent law firms in London and Auckland. Outside of work, Emma spends time with her young family and enjoys the Hawkes Bay lifestyle.

He is currently a member of the NZLS Practice Approval Committee.

He has a broad range of high-quality litigation experience, starting out at a large national law firm before working for some of the largest firms in the world during his time in London. Justin joins Willis Legal after spending the last couple of years at a local Napier firm.

With over 10 years’ experience in the profession, he aims to provide practical legal advice that achieves the best results for his clients.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys making the most of the Hawke’s Bay lifestyle, and can often be found fishing on one of the local rivers or out on the bike trails.

She has a vast amount of property experience having worked for a well-known national property consultancy firm and a local Napier firm before returning to Willis Legal.

She has passion and enthusiasm for her job and enjoys working with individuals to ensure their experience is seamless and stress-free and clients appreciate her easy-going approachable style.

She specialises in all aspects of Property Law, Conveyancing, Commercial law, Trusts, Wills, and Estates.

In her spare time Casey enjoys spending time with her young family and taking advantage of the Hawke’s Bay lifestyle.

She returned to Hawke’s Bay and began her career in Family Law at the beginning of 2012. She has gained a wide range of experience in Family Law and enjoys acting for parties from all walks of life. This includes assisting in matters of parenting and guardianship, family violence, care and protection, paternity, protection of property rights and wills. Marla also practices as Lawyer for Child in the Family Court.

In her spare time, you might catch Marla playing at the beach with her young daughters, at a yoga class or relaxing with friends at her favourite café.
